Can I Contact My CE Solution To Obtain My Email/ User Name/ Password Associated With My Account?

  • All learners are welcome to contact My CE Solution at any time.


  • Due to security and privacy reasons, our platform does not allow admins to reset an account or change a learner's profile or login information. We do not have access to a learner's password. We cannot give out user name, user email, or any other user information. 


  • A learner who is attempting to recover a lost email/ user name / password may complete this process independently, following the online prompts to recover a forgotten profile or password.

How Long Will I Have Access To My Courses?

All My CE Solution courses contain a course expiration date in order to comply with CE organizational approval requirements for the timeliness and currency of educational content. My CE Solution expires courses 5 years after the original publication date of the course resource. Therefore, if a course resource was originally published on 1/2023 then the course expiration date is 1/2028. Throughout the time the course is live on the My CE Solution website it is periodically reviewed for timeliness and currency. My CE Solution will also review and update courses based on the feedback we receive from our learners. It is important to review the Course Expiration Date prior to purchase or enrollment. If a learner purchases a course and does NOT complete the course prior to the expiration date then the learner will lose access to the course and is NOT eligible for a credit or refund.

The Learn section contains all course tools which are separated into course resources. The Learn section includes the following: The My CE Solution Course Information Form, the course Study Guide, and one or more Course Resources. The course resources contain the learning content for the course. 

The Engage section of the course includes the end-of-course test. The test is online, untimed, and open-book. All tests are multiple choice. If you take a test more than once the test questions do not change. The Study Guide for the course contains all of the test questions to help guide reading and ensure that learning objectives and goals are achieved. The test is graded in real time. 

The Grow section of the course includes the end-of-course survey and certificate. Online end-of-course surveys are a useful tool to assess, evaluate, and understand a learner's experience. My CE Solution is aware and sensitive to the concerns expressed by many learners regarding the length of the end-of-course survey. We understand this concern and respect your time. We only collect the information required for compliance purposes as we also respect your privacy. The format and specific questions included in the end-of-course survey are based solely on the legal, ethical, and institutional compliance requirements to provide CE.  

PRO TIP: All logged in learners can access the Learn section of all courses. This helps learners make informed decisions prior to enrollment and making a purchase. To proceed with a course and complete the Engage and Grow sections of a course then a learner must have completed and passed the previous sections. 

PRO TIP: To know if you have completed and received credit for a section of a course check the radial buttons beside each of the course sections. If the radial button is yellow then the section is not complete. If the radial button has a blue check then it is complete and you can proceed to the next section. All assignments must be accessed, completed, and passed to proceed to the next section of a course.

How Long Do I Have To Take A Test?

  • All My CE Solution exams are untimed and have unlimited chances to pass.


  • Individual users may have settings on their own computers or devices where they will time out or close tabs. 


  • Remember that all courses have a course expiration date. The course expiration date is in the Course Information Form. If a learner purchases a course and does not complete the course prior to the course expiration date then the learner loses access to the course.  

What Is A Passing Grade?

All My CE Solution courses have a requirement for 85% or higher to pass the exam.

All My CE Solution exams may be taken unlimited times until you pass.

How Often Do You Add New CE Courses?

My CE Solution adds new CE course content on a regular basis. We are constantly adding new courses and updating our content. We add new courses based on learner topic requests and suggestions. 

Can I Take The Same Course More Than Once?

  • My CE Solution permits anyone to take the same course as many times as they like. Learners may take a course multiple times as long as the learner has access to the course (free or paid) and the course has not expired. 


  • It is important to be aware that individual license boards and CE approval organizations may have rules against taking the same CE course multiple times and receive credit for said course.


  • It is recommended that each person verify that they are able to take a course multiple times in order for them to receive credit from their license board. 

What is the My CE Solution Course CE Credit Calculation & Test Question Calculation Policy?

My CE Solution complies with organizational approval requirements to determine CE course credit and the number of test questions for each course. My CE Solution calculates the amount of CE earned per course as follows: 1CE = 6,000 words. My CE Solution does NOT count reference and bibliography information into the CE calculation. (This is a CE organizational approval requirement.) Further, My CE Solution does not count miscellaneous, extraneous, or unrelated content contained in a course resource. My CE Solution reserves the right to exercise discretion and discernment with eliminating content from the CE calculation.  In circumstances where there is a non-whole number or fractional amount of CE then My CE Solutions will round to the nearest quarter, such as .25, .50. or .75. Further, course credit calculation and test question calculation does not include the My CE Solution Course Information & Description Form or the My CE Solution Study Guide. My CE Solution calculates the number of test questions based on the following: 1 CE = 10 test questions, 2 CE = 15 test questions, 3 CE = 20 test questions, and for each additional CE there are an additional 5 test questions. All test questions are multiple choice and contain a minimum of 4 answer choices. For courses with non-whole number credits the number of test questions complies with the above policy. For example, 1.25 CE = 10 test questions. 1.50 CE = 10 test questions. 1.75 CE = 10 test questions.

What is the My CE Solution Attendance Policy?

My CE Solution verifies that a learner is receiving course CE based on user login date. All My CE Solution learners have unique individual login credentials to ensure that course CE is awarded to the individuals earning the credits. My CE Solution learners are not permitted to share login credentials.

What is the My CE Solution Cancellation Policy?

Learners have access to FREE and purchased courses for 1 year (from the date of enrollment or purchase) unless and until a course expires. All courses contain a course expiration date. This is an organizational approval requirement for timeliness of course content. Course expiration dates are located in the Course Information Form. Course expiration dates are calculated by adding 5 years to the original publication date of the course resource. For courses with more than one course resource the course expiration date is calculated by adding 5 years to the oldest course resource. My CE Solution calculates the amount of CE earned per course as follows: 1CE = 6,000 words. My CE Solution does NOT count reference and bibliography information into the CE calculation. (This is a CE organizational approval requirement.) Further, My CE Solution does not count miscellaneous, extraneous, or unrelated content contained in a course resource. Individuals filing a grievance are encouraged to consider that personal opinion, individual personality differences, or other non-objective concerns or complaints will be addressed in accordance with the My CE Solution grievance policy; however, they may not be actionable and will be instead received as suggestions, recommendations, or feedback.

The My CE Solution Grievance Process:

1. My CE Solution will consider the complaint fairly, compassionately, and earnestly. My CE Solution will review the information provided by the individual filing the complaint. My CE Solution will then review all relevant information pertinent to the complaint that is available to My CE Solution. My CE Solution will consult staff and third party expertise and counsel as needed and appropriate in regards to the complaint.

2. My CE Solution will review and examine My CE Solution policies and procedures in relation to the grievance, as well as, all relevant ethical standards, legal standards, and license board and/or approval organization policies, procedures, and compliance standards for which My CE Solution is subject to and obligated to abide with.

3. My CE Solution will make a determination regarding the appropriate and reasonable action or actions required to address the grievance in a manner consistent with My CE Solution policies and procedures, ethical standards, license boards and/or approval organization requirements, compliance standards, applicable laws, logical decision-making, and common sense. My CE Solution will determine if the complaint and subsequent resolution requests are in keeping with My CE Solution policies and procedures and are both fair and reasonable.

4. My CE Solution will respond via email to the learner within 7 business days with the result of the grievance, including any actions taken to resolve the situation. (Please be aware this excludes weekends, holidays, and office closures.)

My CE Solution will receive complaints regarding nonreceipt of certificates by - reviewing the relevant information to determine the nature of the technical difficulties. The My CE Solution platform allows learners to receive their certificates once the entire course has been completed and passed, including the end-of-course survey. My CE Solution will determine if the learner has completed all learning tasks for the course. Then My CE Solution will determine if the certificate is available to the learner via accessing their online profile. In the event there is a technical issue or platform problem My CE Solution will issue the certificate and email the PDF file of the certificate to the learner within 7-10 business days of making this determination.

My CE Solution will receive complaints regarding refund requests by - reviewing the complaint and determining the best course of action to successfully resolve the problem. My CE Solution maintains a no refund and all sales are final policy with regards to payments made to My CE Solution. Therefore, My CE Solution will attempt to resolve the complaint as positively and amicably as possible within the constraints of the no refunds and all sales are final policy. My CE Solution will challenge any and all terminated credit card transactions that were canceled or reported as fraud by a learner when the learner is unsuccessful in obtaining a refund or chooses to engage in theft. My CE Solution will pursue legal actions for theft of services as needed and appropriate and the individual in question will be responsible for all fees My CE Solution incurs as a result. My CE Solution will receive complaints regarding learners who earned CE only to find out that My CE Solution is not approved for the learner's supervising or governing license board or approval body by - reviewing the relevant information regarding the issue and determining the best action to try and successfully resolve the complaint. My CE Solution provides information regarding license and/or approval organizations on the website and within each of the courses to provide information, education, and transparency regarding this and other areas of concern and interest. My CE Solution will make a good faith effort to address this concern and all concerns fairly and amicably. Ultimately, the responsibility of determining if a CE course is approved, appropriate, and compliant with one's license and/or professional organization is with the license holder.
